• Un mélange d'épices traditionnelles réchauffantes (cannelle, anis, sésame).

Sans conservateurs ni additifs. Parfait pour vos petits-déjeuners, vos goûters, ou pour accompagner un bon verre de thé à la menthe. Ce format familial de 700g est idéal pour partager des moments de pure gourmandise.

1. General Conservation (All Collections)

• Storage location: Keep your pots in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and any heat source.
• Hygiene: Always use a clean, dry spoon to scoop the product to avoid contamination or introducing moisture into the jar.
• After opening: Carefully close the lid after each use to preserve the natural aromas of the ingredients.

2. For Amlou and Spreads

• Oil separation: Since our products are 100% natural and without chemical emulsifiers, it is normal for a thin layer of argan oil or natural nut oil to rise to the surface.
• The essential step: Stir vigorously with a spoon before each serving to achieve a perfectly smooth and homogeneous texture.
• Refrigeration: For your spreads (cashew, pistachio, etc.), it is recommended to keep them in the refrigerator to maintain a stable texture.
• Consumption period: Once opened, it is recommended to consume your jar within 3 months for an optimal taste experience.

3. For Authentic Sellou

• Texture: Sellou is sensitive to humidity. Keep it tightly sealed in its jar to maintain its crispness and distinctive grainy texture.
• Temperature: Avoid sudden temperature changes that could alter the richness of the almonds and argan oil.
