1. General Conservation (All Collections)

• Storage location: Keep your pots in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and any heat source.
• Hygiene: Always use a clean, dry spoon to scoop the product to avoid contamination or introducing moisture into the jar.
• After opening: Carefully close the lid after each use to preserve the natural aromas of the ingredients.

2. For Amlou and Spreads

• Oil separation: Since our products are 100% natural and without chemical emulsifiers, it is normal for a thin layer of argan oil or natural nut oil to rise to the surface.
• The essential step: Stir vigorously with a spoon before each serving to achieve a perfectly smooth and homogeneous texture.
• Refrigeration: For your spreads (cashew, pistachio, etc.), it is recommended to keep them in the refrigerator to maintain a stable texture.
